Alumni Leadership Insights

At a time of great division within our nation, the deterioration of civil conversation, and the reluctance to abide differing opinions, our national survey completed by over 4500 community leadership program alumni from 27 states demonstrates that our leadership (our alumni) have much in common.

Which values connect, motivate, and inspire us? These survey results demonstrate that our convictions and actions - our leadership - may provide the trust, compassion, stability, and hope that our communities need to heal and move us forward collectively as a nation, following one of the most divisive presidential elections in U.S. history.

Discussions That Matter, an ongoing virtual series by the National Leadership Network, provides an opportunity for graduates of Leadership Programs to engage with their peers from across the nation. A panel of seasoned professionals in the private, nonprofit, and government sectors will introduce and discuss relevant issues impacting our country. Along with expert panels, alumni are placed in small groups to engage in meaningful discussions with fellow leaders from across the nation.
